We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Natus Prime LLC ("Natus Prime," "we" or "us"). This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for digital products and subscriptions purchased directly from us.
1. One-Time Purchases
If you are not satisfied with a one-time digital purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, for any reason. After 7 days, refunds are considered case by case, for example when a technical problem prevents you from accessing the product and we are unable to fix it.
2. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. If you request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription charge, we will refund it in full. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, except in the case of a billing error.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email info@natusprime.com with your full name, the email address used at checkout, the product or subscription name, your order number (if available), the purchase date and a short description of the reason. We respond to all requests within 2 business days.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
5. When Refunds Do Not Apply
Refunds may be denied for requests made after the eligible period, accounts involved in fraud or abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use, such as sharing paid content or account credentials.
6. Purchases Through Third Parties
If you bought one of our products through a third-party platform, such as an app store or online marketplace, that platform's refund policy applies, and refund requests must be submitted to that platform directly.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email. Access to the Services may be suspended while a payment dispute is open.
